These terms govern your use of classicalguitarscalepractice.com (the "Service"), operated by the site owner ("we"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

The Service

The Service is a practice tool for classical guitar scales. Signing in gives access to two scales at no charge. A one-time purchase unlocks the remaining scales for the lifetime of the Service on the account that made the purchase. Access is personal and may not be shared or resold.

Accounts

You sign in with Google or with a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for the security of that email account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the Service.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Our refund policy is part of these terms. A refund ends access to the purchased scales.

Referral program

Referral links are issued at our discretion. Commissions are calculated as described on the referrer dashboard, become payable 30 days after the referred purchase, are voided if the purchase is refunded before payout, and are paid manually on a monthly basis. Self-referrals and fraudulent traffic earn nothing and may result in removal from the program.

Content

Fingerings follow Andrés Segovia's published edition of the diatonic scales. Software, design, and original text are ours. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute the Service's content.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use means acceptance.
