Refund policy

The purchase is a one-time payment of $29 USD that unlocks all 24 scales. Two scales are free, so you can try the whole tool before paying.

14-day refunds

If the purchase isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of payment and we'll return the full amount to the original payment method. No reason needed. Refunds are issued through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

We may still refund at our discretion, for example if a bug prevented you from using the scales. Just write to us.

What happens on refund

Access returns to the two free scales. Any referral commission tied to the purchase is voided.
